Our specialists in luxury and fine interior decoration work under the leadership of Mr. Paul Sam, the current director of RCC. Mr. Sam has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Westminster, in the United Kingdom; and a master’s in business project management and science from the University of Warrick, also in the United Kingdom.
Project Consulting
Our years of experience and outstanding reputation have allowed us to do consultancy work in retail story buildings, commercial offices, private residential and club houses for clients around the globe. Our know-how encompasses local fire regulation requirements, on- site surveying and local building regulations for A&A (Architectural & Alternation), among others.
